Ingredients

  • 4 slices sourdough or thick white bread
  • 6 tbsp Oh Hot Jam™
  • 150g gruyère or cheddar, sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions

  1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  2. On the unbuttered side, spread a generous layer of Oh Hot Jam™.
  3. Add cheese, then close the sandwich butter-side out.
  4. Cook in a pan over medium heat for 2–3 minutes each side until golden and melted.
  5. Slice and eat immediately (watch out for cheese lava).
