Our Story

At Delilah’s Deli, everything we do begins with love - for food, for family, and for those little moments that make life delicious.

We’re Ollie and Rosie, and for years our kitchen has been the heart of every gathering. Ollie’s journey began in some of the world’s most celebrated kitchens - from Michelin-starred dining rooms in London to award-winning restaurants in Sydney. Along the way, he discovered a little obsession: a chilli jam so seductive it turned simple dishes into unforgettable experiences.

Brunches at our place quickly became legendary. Friends would linger over boards piled high with cheeses, spoons dipped into that fiery, sweet spread, and someone would always say the same thing: “You have to bottle this!”

So, we did.

Named after our daughter Delilah - the little spark that added magic to our lives - our chilli jam is all about bringing that same magic to yours. Every jar is a love letter to flavour: rich,  and kissed with heat. Whether it’s dressing up a grazing platter, turning up the heat in your cooking, or adding that perfect something to your favourite dish, this is more than a condiment.

This is how we say: more love, more flavour, more moments to savour.
