Because our products are homemade and perishable, we unfortunately can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders, or personal taste preferences.
But! If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you expected, we’ve got you.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If something’s gone wrong, please email us at info@delilahsdeli.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can make it right.
We may offer a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Thanks for understanding, we’re a small-batch biz and every jar is made with love (and spice).
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
