Sticky Chilli Jam Glazed Chicken Wings

Oh Hot Jam™ caramelises in the oven and gives these wings a sticky, sweet-heat finish that tastes like it took way more effort than it did. Soy sauce adds depth, apple cider vinegar keeps it from being too sweet, and garlic powder pulls it all together.

Ingredients

  • 500g chicken wings
  • 8 tbsp Oh Hot Jam™
  • 4 tbsp gluten free soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C fan-forced/air fryer
  2. Mix Oh Hot Jam™, gluten free soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  3. Toss wings in the glaze and spread on a lined baking tray.
  4. Bake for 35–40 minutes, turning halfway, until sticky and cooked through.
  5. Brush with any remaining glaze for the last 5 minutes.
