MEET DELILAH'S DELI

Ollie trained at some of the world's best kitchens; Michelin-starred 'Galvin at Windows' on the 28th Floor of the London Hilton, 'The Old Bell' - the oldest pub in England, and Sydney icons Quay and Shangri-La.
That's where he fell in love with bold flavours and proper technique.
Delilah's Deli is what happened when he brought all of that home.
Every jar is made in small batches right here in Sydney; gluten free, vegan, and completely preservative free. Named after our daughter. Made with the same care we'd put into a restaurant dish.

What makes Delilah’s Deli different from other chilli jams?

Our chilli jam is made in small batches in Sydney with 93% Australian real, pronounceable ingredients. 
It’s gluten-free and vegan-friendly and we don’t use nuts in any of our products. Plus, it’s crafted by Ollie, who trained in Michelin-star kitchens - it really is more than just a condiment.

Do you ship across Australia?

Yes - we offer Australia-wide shipping. We also have free shipping on orders over $100

How long does one jar last?

Unopened: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened: Refrigerate and eat within 12 months. We don’t use any preservatives and we don’t expect it to last long anyway because it’s so delicious!

How often do you ship orders?

We send orders Monday/Wednesday/Friday but we can always make an additional trip if you need it urgently. You can also pick up for free from Waterloo. Just select pickup at checkout.
